Having studied Reflexology at Beaumont School of Complementary Therapies, I received my diploma in Reflexology in 2005. 

 

I am a member of NRRI regulatory body for registered reflexologists in Ireland and practise in accordance with its code of practice and ethics. As an NRRI member I am accredited as a professional practitioner by Irish Life Health, VHI & LAYA-Healthcare. 

 

In 2002 I began to explore the value of complementary therapies for general health and wellbeing and studied various treatments. As I became more aware of the benefits of reflexology it is the therapy I decided to pursue. 

My personal interest is in reflexology for women’s health and wellbeing. 

I am also a Registered Nurse and Midwife. During my nursing career I have worked as a midwife in hospital settings and as a nurse in G.P. practice, my main interest being in women’s and infant health. 

I am very aware of the vital importance of conventional medicine and as a practitioner and recipient of reflexology over the years I feel its holistic approach can be of great value in overall wellbeing and self-care.
